Debby Sugarman brings together activism and heart, vision and practicality. Early in her career, while working on environmental issues, she realized that the causes she cared about were won or lost based on the strength of the human relationships behind them and the quality of communication among the people fighting for them. That realization set her on a path to becoming a catalyst for more effective, creative, and connected ways of working together.

Today, Debby is a facilitator, mediator, ZEGG Forum facilitation trainer, and transformational coach specializing in group process, interpersonal communication, and collaborative decision-making. She works with individuals and organizations to build the relational skills that make meaningful work possible, helping people navigate conflict, communicate with clarity
